Men's Health Specialist

More recently, Dr Baker has focused his training in male pelvic floor rehab and sexual health, including urinary and erectile dysfunction, neuro myofascial treatment techniques and relatively new rehab areas of male sexual health. Dr. Baker also addresses other pelvic diagnoses such as Peyronie’s Disease, “non-cancerous” testicular and scrotal pain, penile pain, premature ejaculation and conditions related to the pelvic floor muscle.

Men who experience pelvic muscle dysfunction including pain or weakness are at risk for sexual dysfunction. Dr. Baker is a strong advocate in describing the relationships between pelvic muscle function and men’s sexual health, including evidence that demonstrates lifestyle changes as well as shock wave, ultrasound and functional muscle stimulation and pelvic muscle rehabilitation offer positive impact on erectile function. Information about psychological factors that affect erections will be discussed.

Dr. Baker has been a licensed physical therapist since 1990.
